Biography

Emma Young will be sharing her experiences and perspectives on living with secondary breast cancer. Emma was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2014, and just five days after her initial diagnosis was told she had secondary tumours in her bones. Emma is 37 and a mother to three children – two girls and one boy. In 2015 Emma played a vital part in Breast Cancer Now’s campaign, ‘The Last One’, appearing on television and sharing her story in the national media to encourage the public to support breast cancer research.
