Best oral and best poster presentation
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words including a title and must not contain tables or graphics.
Authors accepted for oral and or poster presentation will appear in the event programme book in the order that they are entered during on-line submission. Please note, you will not be able to change your abstract once it has been submitted. Only one abstract may be submitted per presenting author.
Abstracts should clearly describe aims, procedures, major findings, significance of the research and conclusions. Abstracts containing insufficient information for review will be rejected.
If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation at the conference you will receive confirmation no later than early-June 2016. If your abstract is accepted for poster presentation at the conference you will receive confirmation no later than mid-June 2016.
Please ensure your poster gives the full title of your abstract, followed by the author names and affiliations. Please underline the name of the presenting author and ensure the poster is produced in A0 size and in portrait format.
Please note: All posters will be required to include a lay summary of up to 200 words which should appear at the top of the poster
The submission of an abstract or its acceptance for presentation does not entitle the author to free registration for the conference, travel or accommodation.
